The following, which was held in third reading from the March 26,                                                               
2010, calendar (page 1908), was again before the House:                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 3(FIN)                                                                                                
    "An Act relating to issuance of identification cards and to issuance                                                        
    of driver's licenses; relating to regulations concerning                                                                    
    identification cards and driver's licenses; and providing for an                                                            
    effective date."                                                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
Representative Lynn moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB
(FIN) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of                                                                
considering Amendment No. 1.  There being no objection, it was so                                                               
ordered.

Representative Kerttula objected and withdrew the objection.  There
